EXPERIENCES,
THAT CAN HELP YOU:
Here you will find knowledge that I have gained
through challenging and successfully completed projects in practice,
and that has proven itself.
In doing so, I have found that knowledge gained in one area
can be applied effectively in other areas.
"Having successfully mastered difficult projects" is
what enables someone to successfully master projects and solve problems.

WHAT
SURVIVAL AND PROSPERITY
DEPEND ON.
I have developed products and successfully marketed them.
I can do the same for you!
In any company, products are the most important thing. Everything revolves around them.
They are the whole purpose of the company.
And if you start to lose sight of the further development of your products
or the new development of products, this is fatal,
because new ideas usually do not appear overnight,
and because new developments take their time.

HOW DO I FIND
A NEW PRODUCT?
You don't find it when you get bogged down in the day-to-day business
and don't pay attention to it - because you are too "busy" ...
Ideas don't come so easily when you "brood" over them.
Ideas often come unexpectedly when you talk to someone or when you see something.
And if you put it off, neither takes place.
You can invent a new product, or you can change a product
that is already established in the market
so that it is innovative and your company's strengths are reflected in the product.

IF IT IS RESAONABLE,
IT CAN BE ACHIEVED.
The company I worked for had a bigger problem. A competitor had developed a steel wire coating
that was clearly superior to ours and promised twice the service life.
Our supplier could not offer an at least equivalent coating fast enough.
Time was burning under our nails.
We had to act.

ENFORCE IT,
AND GET IT.
There is a famous house on the Internet. House 9x9.
A brilliant architect - Titus Bernhard - (should be remembered) invited me for a talk.
He was looking for a manufacturer who could follow his ideas and not immediately say:
impossible, it's not possible, it's not worth it, too costly, can't be done, and so on.
He had a vision that thrilled. A house, all wrapped in stone, with a sloping pyramid roof. What a challenge!
I was thrilled and convinced it would make a splash.
(Of course, he picked up his prize with it at the Venice Architecture Biennale).
But we weren't there yet.
